I am naturally a busy person with active roles in Sport and Business. I had heard about Floating but never made the time to try it until recently.It’s fair to say my first float was just ok, I enjoyed it but was not totally convinced. The staff at Float Lab were very professional and explained Float Lab rooms are specially built to reduce sensory stimulation, apparently the secret to what makes float treatment work. Because of the environment it can take a few sessions to acclimatise properly. The technical term for floating is Sensory Deprivation. This made reasonable sense so I decided to rebook. Interestingly despite my doubts I felt relaxed and slept really well that night.My second float was awesome. I was not so distracted by this new environment, I relaxed much faster drifting in and out of consciousness. I enjoyed it so much I am now a regular floating at least once a week. Floating has assisted in managing my busy schedule. I have increased energy, aches and pains have reduced and I have noticed increased clarity of mind. I look forward to my weekly float sessions and appreciate the value of spending 1 hour a week to recharge at Float Lab.

Absolutely fantastic!!! From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome herbal tea. I had the Sauna/Float/1hr Massage package. I highly recommend it. The sauna was great and the float was amazing but the massage was so relaxing it was unbelievable, I floated out of there. I have been a massage therapist for over 20 years and I was very impressed by Chika my therapist. Book yourself in, you won't regret it!!!

What a beautiful experience. Establishment is clean and inviting. The staff are amazing and friendly and are happy to answer any questions. I really enjoyed by first float and have already rebooked for my next one. If you need to re-set and have some time to yourself, becalmed float is just what you need!

I have been coming to the Wangara location for a couple of years now. I love the atmosphere. The staff are all amazing and attentive. They always listen to me and give me the best experience. The massage therapists are all highly experienced. The float tanks are brilliant. It is the best way to chill out and just be quiet and still. I generally always combine the two, so always leave feeling relaxed and happy. They have fantastic membership packages too, so I find it great to just arrive and enjoy and not worry about bringing my purse/handbag. Highly recommend for anyone needing some pampering and relaxation time in their lives.

Float was beyond my expectations! Everything was prepared so all I had to do was relax and enjoy floating! It really helped me to clear minds and relax muscles from 18hours flight! I didn’t think that I will actually feel comfortable inside but once I got in that was it. Absolutely loved! Its bit hard to explain with words so I highly recommend you to experience it :)p.s. don’t miss out on tea and snacks after float!

I did the infared sauna and an hr float today and absolutely loved it. I feel refreshed and would recommend those who just need a bit of time out to re-energize to do yourself a favour and book a float.

Great experience and fantastic... FANTASTIC customer service. I wish I knew the name of the blonde haired woman at the front desk, she was absolutely delightful. She showed me to my floatation pod, she was so helpful and explained everything so eloquently to me, like I was her first ever customer. I got in and left feeling so relaxed.The experience overall was fantastic, I only put four stars due to the small issue of the towel I was given to dry myself. It was like quite thin and flimsy, felt like a kitchen paper towel, and I had somewhere to go after my float, so I left very wet. Just one small suggestion for improvement but please don't let that stop any of you reading this review from visiting, you will not regret it! Perhaps just ask them for a thick towel before you hop in. Thank you again!

First time going to float and massage. It felt so welcomed. I loved loved loved the float. It was such a calming and cool experience. It was nothing like id ever done. Then I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating massage. I walked out of there feeling completely pampered.

I went to Float and Restore for the first time last week. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I had my first float and it was amazing! It took my relaxation to the next level. I also had a massage after and it was bliss. I can not fault my experience at Float and Restore at all and cannot wait to get back in the pod.
